Well, it is a lot of monkey see, monkey do.
A couple of his favorite things...to follow me around the house, open up cabinets, pull all our clothes out of the drawers, rip up our magazines, flush toilets, play with the toilet bowl brush, dip his hand in the toilet bowl, bang on the windows, un-roll toilet paper & pull all the books off the bookcase.
He loves playing with all his musical toys, carrying around the big comb (mine) & a small comb (his) all the while walking around in a wobble-like fashion. The big skill of the week is being able to stand up without using any support...sort of like a downward dog pose to a full stand.
We have just started being able to read books page by page. He likes to sit on my lap, turn the pages & now seems patient to take in the images whereas before he would just try to rip the pages apart. Plus, the Farmer sounds toy is a big hit. I had one as a kid, I think Lief too. At the Fremont flea market I bought him his first hot wheels car, he also carries this around very proudly.
He is very busy, happy & curious. At daycare they always tell me how easy going he is, a very independent little one with a huge appetite. We just bought our sandbox toys getting ready for the playgrounds & our summer trip to the East Coast beaches.
